After you download

    Run the installer you just downloaded.

    If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen, click More info → Run anyway. Saut isn’t code-signed yet — the app is safe, but Windows flags any installer without a paid certificate.

    Saut opens and asks you to pick a speech model. Choose one and it downloads once — about 450 MB for the recommended model.

  4. 4

    Press Ctrl + Space anywhere and start talking.

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • Room for one speech model — about 450 MB for the recommended one, up to 1.7 GB for the largest (the app itself is 13 MB)
  • A microphone
  • No internet needed after the model downloads
